ZERO FRICTION OILは、驚異的な浸透力でベアリング内部の隅々まで極薄かつ強固な潤滑被膜を形成します。
その為、高回転領域でも高い安定性を維持しベアリング本来の性能を最大限に発揮する事で、かつて無いスムーズな回転を実現いたしました。
また、内部パーツの摩擦から起こる熱膨張にも着目した結果、著しい摩耗を防ぎベアリング本来の性能を向上させると共にベアリング自体のロングライフも見込めます。

製品出荷時の品質基準
ZERO FRICTION OILは、限りなく透き通った美しい黄金色を品質基準としております。
製造工程では、以下の項目について厳格な管理・検査を実施しております。
濁りがないこと
不純物が混入していないこと
全数の色調確認検査
温度・湿度管理の徹底（湿気や結露による成分劣化の防止）

実内容量：3.57〜3.64mL
徹底した品質管理
ROSWELL OILでは、精製工程において「濁りや不純物は製品品質に影響を及ぼす要因の一つである」という考えのもと、品質維持・管理を行っております。
そのため、工程検査において濁りや不純物が確認された場合は、そのロット全体を品質基準に適合しない製品として出荷せず、すべて廃棄しております。
4回の精製工程
ZERO FRICTION OILは、4回にわたる精製工程を経て製造されています。
精製方法については企業独自のノウハウであり、詳細は公開しておりません。
これらの厳格な品質基準と製造管理の積み重ねにより、ROSWELL OILならではの限りなく透き通った美しい黄金色のZERO FRICTION OILが生み出されています。
